Jon Berman - Principal

Jon Berman has been in the oil and gas industry since 1992. His experience with investor relations and field operations has given him the ability to manage over $100 Million in investment capital.

Jon has worked with numerous operators and partners, and is an expert in geological prospecting, drilling operations, and project management. Under his leadership, his team brought more than 30 consecutive wells into production in Oklahoma. He is highly respected by industry leaders for building long-term partner relationships, along with his determination to set realistic expectations and provide steady open communication.

Jon attended the University of North Texas and majored in Broadcast Journalism, during which time he was awarded a prestigious internship with CBS news at their Washington D.C. Bureau.

Frederick E. White - Chief Production Consultant

Frederick E. White graduated in 1970 from West Point with an engineering degree. He received his MBA from the University of Utah in 1976. In 1977 Mr. White received two Master of Science degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York; one in Mathematics, and the other in Operations Research and Statistics.

Following his military service, Fred worked at Amoco from 1985 to 2001, rising quickly through the ranks from Reservoir/Operations/Plant Engineer to Chief Engineer of Amoco Egypt in 1990. He lead all engineering activities in Egypt, supervising and optimizing well performance of all Amoco offshore rigs in Egypt producing 450,000 barrels of oil per day, while coordinating Amoco Egypt’s 450 million dollar annual budget.

In 2000, Fred became the Vice President of Operations for BP Amoco Venezuela and managed all producing assets in Venezuela, including all drilling operations and subsurface teams. He supervised 50,000 barrels of oil per day and capital spending of over 250 million dollars for BP Amoco’s Venezuela drilling and joint venture properties. In 2003, Mr. White became the Chief Operating Officer for Nearburg Producing Company, where he directed and led all Exploration and Production activities in eight states which increased asset values for the company from 5 million to sales price of 150 million in less than two years.

Cory Stilwell - Vice President

Cory serves as the Vice President of Texo Energy. His responsibilities include, investor relationship management, partner communication, revenue distribution, and K-1 tax benefit correspondence.

Cory Stilwell graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas in 1998 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.

Cory has held vital capital management, and client relationship management positions over the last 20 years.

Out of college Cory worked for Airband Communications as a Vice President of Marketing. After his tenure there, Cory served as the Vice President of Unico Exploration and Unico Energy and oversaw coordinating revenue distributions, as well as Scheduling K- 1 tax forms for each venture/partnership sponsored and/or managed by Unico Exploration. Cory was also in charge of communication with investing partners, especially regarding monthly distributions and expenses from each venture/partnership sponsored and/or managed by UNICO Exploration.
